1 lb bag of Broccoli Slaw mix (found in the produce section) 1 cup toasted slivered almonds 1 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted & roasted 2 pkgs Top Ramen Oriental flavor noodle soup 1 scallion chopped 1/4 to 1/2 cup oil 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1/3 cup sugar
Break up the Ramen noodles in a large sealable bag.
Toast the almonds in a small frying pan or in a toaster oven until slightly brown.
Combine the broccoli mix, almonds, sunflower seeds, Ramen (noodles only), and scallion in a large bowl.
Mix the soup seasoning packages with the oil, vinegar, and sugar and blend well.
Toss dressing with the salad shortly before presenting.
Makes about eight servings.
