Farenheit's Tuna Rolls and Lo Mein

Tuna Rolls

Ingredients:

1 Tuna

2 leaves of Napa Cabbage

1 oz. carrots

1 oz. nutsakes

1 wonton skin

egg wash


Preparation:

Place wonton on cutting board, lay down Napa cabbage, carrots, nutsakes, tuna, egg wash the wonton then roll.


Lo Mein

Ingredients:

4 oz. egg noodles

2 oz. bok choy

2 oz. Napa cabbage

1/2 oz. ginger

1/2 oz. garlic

1 tbsp. hoisin

1 tbsp. soy

1 tbsp. oyster sauce
