Ingredients:
1/2lb ground pork 3/4c shredded cabbage 1/2c chopped celery 4 green onions sliced 3 tblsp veg oil 1/2cup salad shrimp chopped 1/2cup bean sprouts 1 garlic clove,minced 1 egg 2 or3 tbls soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 8 refrigerated egg roll wraps
In a lrg skillet, cook pork over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. In same skillet, stir fry cabbage,celery and onions in oil until crisp tender. Add shrimp, bean sprouts,garlic, soy sauce, sugar, and reserved pork; stir fry 4 min longer or until liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat.
Spoon about 1/3c pork mixture on bottom third of each wrapper. Fold sides over filling, moisten topcorner with beaten egg, roll tightly to seal. In electric skillet heat 1 in. of oil to 375 degrees and fry egg rolls 1-2 min on each side until golden brown. drain on paper towels.
