First, this site is VERY nice! I am looking for a special chocolate meringue pie. Rather than using milk as the liquid, water is used. The chocolate custard is very dark and really shiny. I have looked high & low thru mom's recipes and can't find it. I'm betting she just knew it by heart. I know she used dry cocoa and egg yolk. Can anyone out there help me? Thanks!
