1 29 ounce can sliced peaches, drained 2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 cups sugar pinch of salt 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 cup chilled butter or margarine Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Layer peaches in a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Slice butter into chunks and cut into flour mixture until it looks like pea sized crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over peaches. Bake for 30-40 mins until golden brown. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
