2- 15 ounce cans fruit of your choice > drained 2 packages (1.6 oz. each) cinnamon and spice (or plain) instant oatmeal, uncooked 1/3 C. flour 1/2 C. chopped nuts 1/3 C. butter, melted
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease 8 or 9-inch square glass pan. Pour peaches or whatever fruit you like, into the pan. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over peaches. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
NOTE: Most canned fruits will work. You might wish to add some additional spices to fruit such as cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg or ginger. Sugar might be needed depending on the fruit that you choose.
