Creamed Peaches 2 tbsp butter or margarine 1 vanilla pudding and pie filling, 6-serving size (not instant) 3/4 c a-p flour 1 egg Reserved peach juice 3/4 c milk 14 oz canned sliced peaches, drained 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 c sugar Melt butter in 9x13" pan. Mix next 5 ingredients until smooth and pour over butter in pan. Arrange peach slices evenly on top of mixture. Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Spoon dabs of mixture here and there to cover peaches. Bake at 350F for approx. 45 minutes. Cut into 12-15 pieces. Sound's good Jay
