Make sure you have 2 cups water for every cup uncooked rice (Do not fill more than 1/2 full) Bring water to a boil. Stir in rice and return to boil. Put cover and regulator on. Bring up to pressure. As soon as regulator starts to come to a full rock, remove pan from heat. Let pressure drop, When ready open pan and fluff up rice
