I really mainly want the white bread. I have only tried one other one and that was the Parmesan I think. TIA

Use dough cycle. Remove from pan at end of cycle. Punch dough down and let rest for 20 minutes. Divide into appropriate number of balls, make bun shape and flatten. Let rise for 1 hour; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
Can add the following to the dough---sesame seeds, poppy seeds, chives, minced onion. You may also brush the tops of buns with beaten egg and sprinkle on seeds immediately prior to baking.
Sandwich Rolls (16)
1 2/3 cups water 2 2/3 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 2/3 tsp sugar 2 tsp salt 4 cups bread flour 6 Tbsp nonfat dry milk or buttermilk powder 2 1/2 tsp yeast
Divide into balls, shape into rolls and let rise for 40-50 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
Whole Wheat Sandwich Rolls (16)
1 2/3 cup water 2 2/3 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 1/3 Tbsp honey
2 tsp salt 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour 2 1/2 Tbsp Wheat/oat bran 5 Tbsp wheat germ 2 1/3 cups bread flour 5 Tbsp nonfat dry milk 2 1/2 tsp yeast
Divide into balls, make desired shapes of roll and let rise for 50-60 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until done.
