Fresh Cranberry Salad
1 pkg. fresh cranberries 1 cup sugar (or Splenda) 2 cups chopped red and/or green seedless grapes 1 small pkg. minature marshmallows (colored ones if you can find them) 1 container Cool Whip 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions: Process the cranberries in a food processor. Pour the sugar over them. Cover and put them in the refrigerator overnight. Next morning, add the grapes and marshmallows and put back in the refrigerator.
Toast 1 cup of pecans. When you're ready to serve the salad, fold in the container of Cool Whip and sprinkle the top with the toasted pecans.
