Spicy Glazed Ham
8-10 lb. uncooked ham 1/2 c. spicy mustard 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 tsp. cinnamon *whole cloves
Directions: Mix the mustard, brown sugar and spices, and brush over entire surface of the ham. Score and decorate with cloves if desired. Place ham in a roasting pan and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes per pound. Bake an additional 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Baste every 30 minutes with remaining glaze.
