My boss and I went to a catered anniviversary party last weekend. One of the items she & I really liked and we got the recipe!!!! I would like to do it for all of us next week at Thanksgiving. This is so decadent and yummy!!
Take 1 large wheel of brie (preferably an expensive French one) and cut in fourths. Pour a good honey over it and then crumble either walnuts or pecans over that. Bake in a slow/low oven for about 15 minutes or so. Serve with French/Italian bread slices. If you can't find a good French cheese, any brie would do. If you keep it warm it will still taste good!!!!
