CRANBERRY SALAD 1 one pound package cranberries, ground ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained 1½ cup sugar 2 packages strawberry jello 3 cups boiling water Mix cranberries, crushed pineapple and sugar well and allow to stand for two hours. Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool. Add cranberry mixture to jello and pour into 13 by 9 inch baking dish and chill till firm. TOPPING: Cook 1 cup pineapple juice, ½ cup sugar, 1 egg beaten, 2 tablespoons flour and 2 tablespoons butter till thick. Cool. Whip 1 cup whip cream and fold into topping.
