Ingredients: 4 medium tomatos 1/2 cup fresh cilantro 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Directions: Clean and slice tomatoes and place in a serving bowl. In a food processor, mince the fresh cilantro and add the olive oil in a steady stream until blended. Add Balsamic vinegar to the cilantro-oil mixture and blend. Pour over tomato slices and serve.
