Ham and Swiss Pizza
Prep: 15 min Total: 27 min
3/4 cup red, yellow or green pepper, cut into strips 1 small onion, sliced, separated into rings 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1 Italian bread shell (12 inch) 1 cup diced OSCAR MAYER Ham, any variety 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese
COOK pepper strips and onion in medium skillet in small amount of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender; drain. Stir in mustard and basil; set aside.
PLACE bread shell on lightly greased cookie sheet. Top with pepper mixture and ham. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese.
BAKE at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard for Country Dijon Mustard.
