1st part 1 pkg lemon gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 c cream, whipped 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. chill until slightly thickened and then beat until light. Add cream and cottage cheese. If cottage cheese has large curds in it, press through sieve) Pour into mold and let stand until firm.
2nd part 1 pkg lime gelatin 1 cup boiling water 1 cup pineapple juice 1 cup pineapple, chopped 1/3 cup stuffed olives, sliced 1/3 cup pecans or almonds Dissolve lime gelatin in water; add pineapple juice. Cool. Then add remainingingredients. Pour on top of first layer. When chilled it will be in two spearete layers. Hightly attractive and delicious. Serve on crisp lettuce leaf with salad dressing ( preferably a fruit type dressing) on top. (Note don't use fresh pineapple or the gelatin will not set)
