Looking for Jello Recipe: cottage cheese +

I have lost one of my recipes and I am hoping someone might have it or be familiar with it..

Anyway, I don't remember the measurements but as I recall this recipe contains:

Lime jello mix
crushed pineapple
cottage cheese
marshmallows
cool whip

Does anyone by chance have this recipe?
