ORANGE JELLO SALAD
1 pint small curd cottage cheese 1 16-oz can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice), drained 1 16 oz can mandarin oranges (or 2 small cans), drained 1 lg pkg lemon jello (can use sugar-free, it doesn't affect the taste) 1 lg pkg orange jello (can use sugar-free) 1 sm tub cool-whip, thawed
Just dump all the ingredients into a bowl and stir. It helps if you make it ahead of time so it can gel together. If there are any leftovers, refrigerate. It keeps for a week or so.
