Hi Marine Mom, I want to say Welcome, Congratulations and I Thank You to you and your family all at once!! In reference to the Orange Fluff that April posted above, I thought it might be in your best interest to refer you to the link at allrecipes.com. Orange Fluff Submitted by D salad.allrecipes.com/az/orangefluff.aspThere you will find a similar recipe that serves 8. The pineapple is a nice addition. You will also find that they will do the math for you to adjust the servings to 50. Just scroll down the page a bit until you see the scale this recipe information. You can also print out the recipe from that website. Hint: It is easier to shop if you scale the recipe to 56 servings. Orange Fluff for 56 14 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained 7 (15 ounce) cans crushed pineapple 7 pounds cottage cheese 14 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored gelatin mix 7 (16 ounce) packages frozen whipped topping, thawed Combine the well drained oranges and pineapple in large bowl(s) and mix together with the cottage cheese. Add the dry orange flavored gelatin powder and stir until well blended. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping and refrigerate for at least one hour. Serves 56. Personally, I like pineapple tidbits better than crushed pineapple for a bit more texture. Good luck, -Shortcake
