This recipe was found in the 1990 New Joys of Jell-o Cookbook.
Cranberry Sour Cream Delight
2 packages (4-serving size each) or 1 package (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Gelatin, any red flavor 2 cups boiling water 1 can (16 ounces) jellied or whole berry cranberry sauce 1 Tablespoon grated orange rind (optional) 1 cup (1/2 pint) sour cream
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cranberry sauce to gelatin in small amounts; stir until cranberry sauce is melted. Stir in orange rind and sour cream. Pour into 5-cup mold or individual molds. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold. Makes 10 servings. Prep time: 15 minutes Chill time: 4 hours
