Does anyone know the recipe for a sugar free cherry jello dessert that contains mandarin oranges, sugar free (or lite) crushed pineapple, lite cherry pie filling and diet 7-up? My Mom used to make this and it didn't taste like it was lite. Unfortunatly she never wrote her good recipes down and she has passed away. I'm going to a halloween party and would be greatly indebted to anyone who would part with the recipe ASAP!! Thanks!

I am sorry we weren't able to find a recipe similar to the one you so fondly remember your Mother having made. After extensively searching for anything that might be helpful, this seems to be as good a place to start as any I have come across.
If you care to give it a try, my suggestion would be to substitute diet soda for the water. Dissolve the jello in hot soda. Use crushed Pineapple packed in it's own juice, not syrup. Add a small can of drained mandarin oranges. I would omit the nuts.
