Hi!!! I have lost my recipe for Amish peanut butter cups. It is so easy, but I have forgotten the measurements. It had powdered sugar, peanut butter, and you rolled it into a ball and then rolled it into milk chocolate--anyone have the recipe! [glow=red,2,300]TEXT[/glow]

Peanut Butter Balls are popular anytime, but especially at Easter or Christmas when candy seems to be on everyone's mind. It certainly looks easy, and delicious. Thanks Gerald. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup confectioners sugar 2 tablespoons soften butter (not melted) 16 ounce bag of chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix together peanut butter, confectioners sugar and butter. Melt chocolate chips and vanilla together in microwave *careful not to let burn Roll peanut butter mixture into 1" balls, dip in melted chocolate. Put on waxed paper cookie sheets. Here is your Peanut Butter Cup Recipe
Homemade Peanut Butter Cups #2 candies 2 cups milk chocolate chips 2 tablespoons shortening 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 cup confectioners' sugar 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 In 1-quart saucepan combine chocolate chips and shortening. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth (3 to 5 minutes). 2 Loosen top paper cup from stack, but leave in stack for greater stability while being coated. With small paint brush, coat inside top cup evenly with about 1TEASPOON melted chocolate to about 1/8-inch thickness, bringing coating almost to top of cupbut not over edge. Repeat until 30 cups are coated; refrigerate cups. 3 In 2-quart saucepan combine butter or margarine and peanut butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring ocassionally, until melted (4 to 6 minutes). Stir in confectioners' sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Press about 1/2 tablespoon filling into each chocolate cup. 4 Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon melted chocolate on top of filling; spread to cover. Freeze until firm (about 2 hours) carefully peel off paper cups. Store refrigerated. Makes 30 servings Nutrition Info Servings Per Recipe: 30

Amish Peanut Butter 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup marshmallow creme 1 cup light corn syrup 1. In a mixing bowl, stir all the ingredients together till combined. Place in a covered container. Store in refrigerator. 2. Bring to room temperature to serve as a bread spread or ice cream topper. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Source: Midwest Living posted by Liz
Peanut Butter Cups These are very easy to make and will be the hit of your Christmas parties or as homemade gifts.
Ingredients 1 stick margarine, melted 1 cup peanut butter, plain or chunky 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar 12 ounces chocolate chips or almond bark
Instructions Melt margarine in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add peanut butter; mix well. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Roll into balls and dip in melted chocolate chips or almond bark or use candy molds instead of dipping. Makes about 50 to 60.

Peanut Butter Squares (Better than the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!!)
2 sticks butter or margarine 1 box powdered sugar 1 cup smooth peanut butter 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 12-oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt the butter (or margarine) and peanut butter over low heat. Add powdered sugar and beat beat until smootth. Add graham crackers and mix well. (Mixture will be very thick) Press into 9x13 inch pan. Melt the chocolate chips in top of double boiler. Spread evenly over peanut butter mixture and let stand until chocolate hardens. Cut into squares.
