I saw a message started about banana bread made with baby cereal. Does anyone have a recipe for that? I have so much baby cereal left over, and know my 1 yr old son would greatly benifit from the vitamins etc. that are in the cereal. He was born 3 mnth premature and has a little bit of catching up to do. Thank you, sweetp424

Hi I found some ideas to help you use up that baby cereal and will continue to search for the banana bread recipe you are looking for.
Baby cereal may be used in cookie and biscuit recipes, in pancake recipes, as a thickening agent for very thin purees and even used to help smooth out meat purees. It may also be used to make baby meatballs - replacing bread crumbs and giving some additional nutrients!
