This may sound stupped, and if it do, Please forgive me. I recive the news letter with no problem. infact I am getting the same one sent to me twice? But, how do I get the recipes that I post on the board here listed in the news letter? Do I need to be a member for a long time or have I missed smothing very easy? If anyone can help me I would be greatly happy Please For give my spelling it is very bad and I am sorry Also I am looking for two recipes One Green Chili Stew from New Mexico, made with Hamburgar, roasted green chilies, potatoes and onions I cant rember the rest of the recipe secound one a potato dish it has cooked onions, boild sliced Potatoes, Sour cream and lot of salt and pepper. I had it one but when we moved I lost it and I cant rember the amounts of the igrediants or how long to bake it . Oh, and it had hard boiled eggs sliced. Thank You ShortCake For all your time and help Everyone here is and has been so kind and happy to help Have A Marry Christmas ;D Thank Again for all your help and in finding the recipes for me I am going to bake that potato dish tonight. Both that you found are just what I was looking for. ;D ;D ;D And Heather the 17 year old is comming over tonight to help me cook and to learn so I will add to her list of new cooking things. Hi April and Shortcake, Yes, you can substitute ground beef for the pork in the Green Chili Stew. People down here in NM make it both ways. We have eaten it both ways, but the cooked pork (white meat) adds a little more pizazz to the dish. By the way, I don't use a lot of the hot green salsa, my stomach won't take it, but I do put some in. Enjoy!!!!! Chris

You sent over 8 pages of recipes. I will have split up your message in several newsletter.
