You ski uphill. You grind your coffee beans in your mouth. You lick your coffeepot clean. You can type sixty words per minute . . . with your feet! You can jump-start your car without cables. You don't need a hammer to pound nails. You don't sweat, you percolate. You go to AA meetings just for the free coffee. Instant coffee takes too long. When someone says. "How are you?" you say, "Good to the last drop!" You can thread a sewing machine, while it's running. You help your dog chase its tail. ********** I have a friend who resembles these descriptions of someone who drinks WAY TOO MUCH coffee! Recently I gave up coffee for tea (yes, green thrown in for good measures), and I never feel any burst of energy like I did from coffee. I miss it! Always With My Best, Baking Bud

;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I can't tell you how many folk I know that this applies to. I'm using decaf for medical reasons and I sure remember the WIRED feeling I had all day. Never drank anything else. Miss it sometimes. Oh! Well! things do catch up with you. Miss Cigarettes too. Quit in 90 and still miss the all day ritual of coffee and butts. The hardest thing was figuring out what to do with my hands. Now I need to figure out what to do with all the fluff I gained.

Hi Annie!, Never easy to give up what we once loved, but keep looking for the positive parts from doing so! Think we all can relate to the 'fluff you've gained part'. Always With My Best, Baking Bud

Well, I hate to admit that I gave up my TEA only change that I was trying to make. Accidentally put a spoonful of instant coffee in my cup when I was making my husbands, and decided it would be wasteful not to drink it... So I did. Now, no little tea bag has jumped in my cup since last Saturday, when my dog went in for his neutering. Been nervous about him ever since. Just typing that made me just call the Vet. SEE, I have had stress too , hence why I need to drink coffee!!! Tea just 'calms' me too much, when I NEED to be on top of stuff! I'll try to go back to tea next week...
