Easy Sweet Cream Cheese Ball2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 tablespoon finely diced onion
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper (orange and yellow for the holidays looks nice too!)
1/4 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Directions: Mix together the cream cheese, pineapple, onion, bell pepper and seasoning salt. Form into a log or ball and roll in chopped nuts. Chill and serve with ritz or other varieties of crackers.
