2 - 8 oz cream cheese 2 - 8 oz crescent rolls 3/4 C sugar 1 egg separated 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp lemon juice
Line bottom of greased 9x13 pan with one pkg of rolls. Press lightly. Mix cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla & lemon juice. Pour over dough in pan. Cover with remaining rolls & pinch cuts closed. Beat egg white and brush on top. Bake 375* for 20 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
I use Egg Beaters. I use most of the carton in the filling, the rest I brush on top. I also use Lite rolls and cream cheese. Doesn't seem to work well with the Fat Free. Jay
