Easy to make, good to eat, and looks great. Serve with thawed frozen strawberries.
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese 3 eggs 2/3 cup sugar ½ teaspoon almond extract Pinch of salt
Topping: 2 cups sour cream 3 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla Pinch of salt
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in eggs. Add sugar, almond extract, and salt. Pour into greased 9” pie pan. (There is no crust in this recipe ) Bake at 325 degrees F. for 50 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Combine sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Pour over pie, return to oven, and bake at 325 degrees F. for 15 minutes more.
