Cherry Cheese Cake 8-oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 1 T plus 2 tsp real lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla 1-1/2 cup Cool Whip (whipped dessert topping) 1 graham cracker crust 1 can cherries Beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating constantly. Add salt. Blend in milk, lemon juice and vanilla until well mixed. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour mixture in ready-made graham cracker crust and top with cherries. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
