1 pkg. Cream Cheese 1/2 lb. Cheddar Cheese shredded 1 pkg. frozen Broccoli 1 cup Milk 1 can Cheddar Cheese or Chicken soup 1 cup Water 1 tsp. Garlic Salt 1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning 1/2 to 1 pound Chicken cut up 1/2 cup White Wine (We like it better with out this added in.) 1 pkg. noodles
In a crock pot, place broccoli, milk, soup, and water; stir. Add cheeses and spices; stir. Add chicken. Cook about 2-3 hours on high or 3-5 hours on low. Add wine during last 1/2 hour. Cook noodles as directed. Serve chicken casserole over noodles when done. Serves 6-8
