SUGARLESS BANANA BREAD
2 eggs, beaten 3 large or 4 small ripe bananas, well-mashed ¼ cup buttermilk ¼ cup melted shortening ¼ cup Splenda 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups flour 1 T. baking powder ½ tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients well enough to moisten dry ingredients. Pour batter into a 9 x 5 loaf pan, greased on bottom only. Bake at 350º for one hour.
Makes 15 slices at 120 calories each. Very moist and flavorful
