Core apples using small knife to start, then melon baller to remove the core inside, using caution to avoid puncturing through the bottom of the apple. Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Divide mixture evenly among the four apples, filling cavity to top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until apples are soft.
