Hi, everyone. I found a recipe on the site that I'd like to try but it uses sour cream and my family is lactose intolerant. I'm not a very good cook (which is why I'm here) so I don't know what I can substitue for the sour cream. The recipe in question is ZUCCHINI AND TURKEY CASSEROLE and it asks for 8 oz. of sour cream. Would someone please tell me what I can substitute for it? Thanks in advance! K2

Sounds intriguing! I'll try it this week and let you know what it's like. Thanks so much! This cooking thing is harder than it looks. My family member also has a problem with swallowing so I have to try each recipe to see if he can tolerate it. Life is, um, interresting so I appreciate all the help I can get. K2

Hi, Jay. I haven't been able to try the recipe because we had an emergency medical situation this week. My husband had some kind of neuorlogical event and so e/thing's been turned on its head. It's important to me that I follow up on the things I say, especially on the message board where people know about me only the things I say. I will post the results of the recipe here when I have the opportunity to test it. After all, one still needs to eat even when e/thing else is upsidedown. K2
