Preparation Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the oil into a small bowl. Cut each slice of bread into 5 even strips, about 3/4-inch wide. Arrange on a piece of wax paper. Brush each strip lightly with the oil on both sides. In a small bowl, combine the cheese, garlic, and oregano. Sprinkle this mixture over the strips, pressing with your fingers to make the crumb mixture adhere. Plance on the prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, about 13 minutes.
