Preparation Instructions
Prepare a large skillet with nonstick pan spray; brown the ground beef over medium-heat. Drain the fat. Add the onions, green pepper, tomato, and apple. Continue cooking until the vegetable are crisp-tender. Stir in the curry powder, salt , and crushed red pepper flakes. Lower the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the rice and cook 5 minutes longer.
