1 C. plain fat free yogurt 3 green onions, chopped 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Dash of freshly ground pepper Dash of Tabasco (optional)
Combine all ingredients in bowl or blender. Refrigerate several hours. Serve with raw vegetables.
