Crawfish Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb. of crawfish tails – drain in colander and squeeze excess juice 1 stick of butter 1 yellow onion – chopped 1 – 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese Tony Chacherie's Seasoning Worcestershire Sauce
Place butter in microwave safe dish and melt in microwave. Add onions to butter and cook in microwave until translucent. Put cream cheese in onion and butter mixture and stir until creamy. Stir in crawfish tails and seasoning to taste.
Microwave until crawfish tails are warm.
