Mix one 8 oz container of soft cream cheese with 4 oz of sour cream and a sprinkle each of oregano and garlic.
Spread in the bottom of a lightly greased pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cover the top with a thin layer of pizza sauce, some diced pepperoni and green onions.
Layer grated mozzarella (1-2 cups depending on personal preference)
On top of that. then sprinkle parmesan (probably about 1/2cup) on top of the mozzarella. Bake at 350 for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve with crackers, pita slices, tortilla chips, etc.
Big hit for all ages. A double recipe fits in a 3 quart baking dish and is eaten quickly, hot or room temperature.
Olives, mushrooms, and your fav pizza toppings make it even more special.
For a finger-food pizza – try layering this on French bread or Boboli pizza shell.
