This dip is good with fruit such as sliced apples or pears, or your favorite chips.
2 Cups Cottage Cheese 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar Cheese 2 oz Roquefort cheese or Blue Cheese crumbled 3 TLB Mayonnaise 2 TLB prepared horseradish 1 TLB prepared mustard 3 green onions, finely chopped 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp pepper
So that your dip will be thick drain the cottage cheese 15 to 20 in a sieve before adding other ingredients. In a medium bowl, combine drained cottage cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Roquefort cheese, mayo, horseradish, mustard, onions, salt and pepper. Stirring to blend ingredients. Spoon into a medium serving bowl and serve with fruit or chips.
Makes about 3 cups of dip.
