10 MINUTES 10 minutes to make dip
3/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons orange marmalade 1 pint fresh strawberries 12 each fresh mint leaves
In a food processor or blender fitted with a metal blade, combine yogurt, cream cheese and orange marmalade; process until smooth.
Rinse strawberries and drain.
Line a basket with mint leaves. Pour dip into a small bowl and place in the center of the basket.
Surround dip with fresh strawberries. Use toothpicks or thingytail forks to stick strawberries. Makes 6 servings.
Per serving: 116 calories; 7 g fat (4 g saturated fat; 53 percent calories from fat); 12 g carbohydrates; 21 mg cholesterol; 78 mg sodium; 3 g protein; 2 g fiber.
