1 1/2 C.No fat Cottage Cheese 1 T. Lemon Juice 1 T. Grated Carrot 1 T. Minced Onion 1 T. of Sniped Fresh Parsley ( or 1 t. Dry Parsley) 1/2 t. Sugar Pepper tp taste
In a blender combine Cottage Cheese and Lemon Juice, blend for 3 to 5 min. Spoon into a bowl and stir in all the rest. Serve with raw veggies or WOW Tortilla Chips. Chips are not included in the points. Makes 1 3/4 Cups 5 1/2 T.= 1 point
