2 CUPS low fat cottage cheese 2 Tablespoons low fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup coarsely chopped green onions 1/4 cup parsley leaves 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
Put ingredients into a food processor. Turn on and off until the parsley and onions are finely chopped and the cheese is smooth. Cover set in refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve with fat-free or low fat chips and or crisp vegetables.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups
