Sweet and Sour Sauce
4 teaspoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to
a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute,
stirring constantly. Cool.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups (4 servings).
