1 cup salad oil 1/3 cup vinegar 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery salt (optional) 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. cayenne 2 cloves garlic, minced dash hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Let the flavors blend for several hours before using.

Italian Salad Dressing
1 cup extra virgin Olive oil 1/2 cup wine or balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup sugar or 6 tablespoons honey* 1/2 teaspoon salt or 2 teaspoons liquid aminos 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 1 tablespoon powdered garlic 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning herb blend 1 teaspoon sweet basil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel/anise seed
Combine dressing ingredients. Allow to set at least overnight in the refrigerator.
*Adjust for salt/sweet as necessary.
