1 /2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 to 2 tbsp. whole grain Dijon style mustard 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 cup whipping cream Salt and white pepper to taste Hot pepper sauce to taste
Directions: Place mayonnaise, horseradish, lemon juice, mustard and sugar in a bowl; stir until blended. Beat cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into horseradish mixture. Season with salt, pepper and hot-sauce. Refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 1- 1/2 cups.
