1 cucumber, peeled,seeded and pureed 1 cup sour cream 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard1/4 tsp. dill weed
In small bowl,combine all ingredients; blend well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Garnish with chopped almonds.
