This is a great glaze for chicken or pork chops. Or even put in a stir-fry.
1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon water 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Stir together cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water until smooth. Combine cornstarch mixture, crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; let cool completely. Mkes 1 cup of sauce
