1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon agave syrup (nectar)(or 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Splenda or alternative sweetener) 1 teaspoon poppyseeds 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup canola oil
Blend all dressing ingredients with a hand blender, blender or food processor. Refrigerate.
Makes 1 Cup
