Madeira Sauce
3/4 c. madeira wine 1/2 c. canned beef broth 1 pkg. Mushrooms, sliced 4 tbl. butter pepper and salt to taste 2 tsp. flour
Melt butter in saucepan. Add mushrooms and saute' about 5 to 8 minutes. Add the wine and broth. Simmer till mushrooms are soft. Add flour and salt/pepper mixture and stir till thickened. Simmer about 10 minutes. Use on steaks or burgers or whatever you wish!!! This is so yummy!!!!!!!
