This is an interesting tasting sauce to serve with pork and other meats. When my wife was wanting to cut some fat from our diet, frying our chops were out. When broiling the chops, I was trying to think of something quick and tasty to use, and this is the result:
Italian salad dressing Dijon or spicy brown mustard Chives or finely diced onion
Mix 2 parts salad dressing to 1 part dijon (or to taste). Mix with fork in small bowl or coffee cup. After grilling chops, spoon mixture over meat and serve. Top with chives or a small amount of finely chopped onions.
If men are so competent, how come you always see signs reading "DANGER - MEN WORKING"?
